Dance at your pace! Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and was designed for people of ALL ages and abilities.
This program offers modified moves and supportive instruction so EVERYONE can join in, feel confident, and have a great time! Chairs are available if participants are in need.
Come ready to sweat and smile, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong!
