Description

This adaptive and accessible approach to yoga uses a chair for support while focusing on breath, body awareness, safety, and simple movements for the spine, hips, shoulders, and other joints. Movements can be adapted to meet individual needs, with some exercises offered standing while holding the chair for support. These fundamentals will be expanded on throughout class to promote understanding, safety, and positive results.
