Why join?
-Scenic walks and fresh air-Explore our beautiful parks & trails-Stay active in a fun setting-A welcoming, social group-No pressure - walk at your own pace
Locations:-Culpeper Sports Complex *meet at Fieldhouse (16388 Competition Drive) wks of Aug 11th, Sept 1st, Sept 22nd-Lenn Park *meet at pavilion (19206 Edwin Way) wks of Aug 18th, Sept 8th, Sept 29th-Mt Run Lake Park *meet at parking lot across from playground (16283 J B Carpenter Drive) wks of Aug 25th, Sept 15th, Oct 6th
Yowell Meadow Park, Rockwater Park, and Spilman Park are also possibilities and can be added if enough interest and participation warrants it.
Parkside Striders' walking club is free, however, you should register at least one member of your party (to help gauge popularity and to receive reminder emails).
Come for the steps, stay for the smiles! Grab your sneakers and let's get walking.
**Children in strollers and polite dogs are welcome**

Staff will only participate for 30 minutes. There are no time restrictions for participants.
**Grab your walking shoes and dress according to weather. **Be sure to bring water!**Sunscreen and bug spray if you prefer.
