You've survived summer snacks, sunscreen battles, and back-to-school shopping. Now it's time to recharge, reconnect, and rediscover joy - just for you. Join us for a 3 day, daytime escape packed with creativity, movement, and laughter (no sticky fingers or snack requests in site!).
What to Expect:-Grown up crafts (tie-dye, crafts, painting, etc)-Gentle Movement (chair fitness, aerobics, walks in the park, breathing & stretching, etc)-Recess Rewind (classic games like volleyball, parachute play, dodgeball, etc)-Conversation & Connection (light snacks, social time, and themed prompts to get you talking and laughing)
