During the holidays the community is always looking for places to go view holiday decorations & lights.
Do you decorate your house / property for the holidays? Want to show off all your hard work? How would you like to be on a driving tour list of decorated houses/properties?
Then sign up with Culpeper County Parks & Recreation for our Second Annual TWINKLE TOUR. Its Free to sign up!

Sign up by November 30 to be included on the map.
When you sign up, the only information that will be posted on the map is the address. No names will be put on the map that is available to the public. All other information required to sign up is strictly for CCPR use only.
All decorations must be up and operational by Monday, December 7 and should remain operational each evening from 6:00p-9:00p until Saturday, December 26.


When signing up – select your category of decoration level….

• NICE & BRIGHT!
• 1-10 strands of lights and / or
• 1-5 inflatables or other decorations

• BILL BUSTER BRIGHT!
• 11-30 strands of lights and / or
• 6-20 inflatables or other decorations

• FULL-ON GRISWOLD!
• 31+ strands of lights and / or
• 21+ inflatables or other decorations

(CCPR staff reserves the right to change selected categories after decorations are up / photos are submitted.)
Public Voting will determine winners in each category for the BEST DECORATED!

Driving Tour Map will be available by Monday, December 8 for download here and on our website & Facebook. (links will be updated 12/7/26)

****AFTER SIGNING UP - PLEASE EMAIL (Parks@CulpeperCounty.gov) A PHOTO OF YOUR DISPLAY (if you have one from last year) TO BE USED FOR MARKETING. Then once this year's display is up, please email us a NEW photo for judging purposes.****
