CCPR's TWINKLE TOUR (formerly Holiday Lights Driving Tour) was a huge success in 2024, so we're doing it again!
Homes in Culpeper Town & County will be all decked out for the most festive of Holiday Seasons. Driving tour will be open Monday, December 8 - Saturday, December 27, 2025 6:00p-9:00p each evening.

This is a self-guided driving tour.

Please Remember,

• You are responsible for traveling safely throughout the tour. You must follow all laws and regulations that would normally apply.
• DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE WHILE DRIVING! Please use hands free options.
• Do not trespass on private property while following this tour.
• Participating households are doing this out of the goodness of their hearts; please be understanding if some lights are not active.
• Homeowners had to choose to sign up with CCPR to be on the map.

Be sure to VOTE for your favorite decorated house after your tour! Click here to VOTE. Each device may only vote once, but you may go back and change your answers until the survey closes on 12/31/25.
Three Categories will be available for voting:

• NICE & BRIGHT!
• 1-10 strands of lights and / or
• 1-5 inflatables or other decorations

• BILL-BUSTER BRIGHT
• 11-30 strands of lights and / or
• 6-20 inflatables or other decorations

• FULL-ON GRISWOLD!
• 31+ strands of lights and / or
• 21+ inflatables or other decorations
