My culinary internship was located in Trastevere, Rome, where I learned some of the best cooking techniques and Italian recipes. The best part about Rome is that the people incorporate many ingredients both from the northern and southern parts of the country. I will teach you how to properly cut and trim an artichoke (as well as how to cook it until it’s tender)- which will make you never want to eat a canned one again! You will also learn how to make the best emulsion of Cacio Pepe sauce and roast a lovely piece of lamb with the most succulent potatoes. Recipes (6-8) provided.
