Big News! Zumba Gold has become Zumba Gold Multigenerational! Children ages 8+ may register and must attend with a registered adult. (Instructor will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.)

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training for maximum benefit. Zumba Gold is a lower intensity program. Great for beginners, seniors, and everyone in between.

Group Exercise classes can only be attended by membership, pass or drop-in. Go to the C3 Group Exercise Page for more details on payment options.

You will need the free Zoom app to attend. You will receive an email with your Zoom meeting link the morning of class. Please make sure your current email address is updated in our system when you register.
