Ever wondered about the allure of Power Walking? Considered joining the Oregon Senior Games but don't know if you are enough of an "athlete"? Or simply want a new way to stay active that is easy on your joints?
Join our FREE clinic to learn about Power Walking, how to do it, and why you could enjoy entering into the Power Walking Track & Field event at Oregon Senior Games this year. This short clinic features guests from previous OSG years who will share their experience and why they recommend Power Walking as a great starter sport.
Attendees will not be required to compete in Oregon Senior Games.
