Syllabus for Beginning Conversational Spanish:We will learn the principles of the Spanish language with theory and practice in each class.The students will need a very basic knowledge of Spanish. They will learn to speak a little more Spanish from games, contests, vocabulary, and homework for each class. Day 1) Introduction (Introduction of each student, the key Spanish words to ask, games and practices, we start talking)Day 2) Look around you in your home (Odds and Ends, games and exercises)Day 3) Animals (Tell us about your pet, animal games and sound games)Day 4) Plants (Colors, games, names, contest)Day 5) Marketing (Articles, memory games, finding your way around, departmental stores)Day 6) Cooking (How to order in a restaurant, practices, and recipes)Day 7) Buy and sell (Money, numbers, games, contest)Day 8) Professions and ending with a Party (Family members names, games, party)
