Description

Ultimate is a fast paced, non-contact team sport played with flying discs (frisbee). Ultimate combines the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football.
Ultimate relies upon a Spirit of the Game that places the responsibility for fair play on every player. There are no referees; the players are solely responsible for following and enforcing the rules, even at the World Championship. Competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of respect between players, adherence to the rules, and the basic joy of play.
Winter League is played under the lights every Monday at Corvallis HS. Each night players will meet and form teams, and each team will play 2x 50 min games.

• Bring water and cleats if you have them!
• Warm up at 5:45 with games beginning at 6:00.
