Are you putting in the effort but not getting faster?
Are you feeling frustrated and confused about your swimming technique?
Have you lost hope that you can improve?
Then consider coming to the upcoming clinic in Coronado, CA on September 2th so that Coach Karlyn can help you!
Faster Freestyle Swim Clinics are designed to help swimmers and triathletes, just like YOU, to find an easier and faster way to swim. By keeping the language SIMPLE and using easy to understand drills and suggestions, after just one session with Karlyn you will be on your way to a faster and more efficient swimmer.
You will also learn strategies to help you become a better overall swimmer. For example, did you know that a STREAMLINE push off of every wall will increase your speed, improve shoulder flexibility and core strength? Every turn, whether it be an open urn or a flip, is a BURPEE. Just think, in a 2k swim…that’s potentially 80 burpees added to your day with no extra effort, but a whole lot of benefit.
About the clinic: The clinic begins with an interactive group discussion reviewing past and present swim techniques as well as outlining the current techniques Karlyn will be teaching. Students will then enter the water where you will begin with the BASICS, laying a solid foundation to help you find your FASTER Freestyle.
Total time is 3.5 hours and Water time is about 2 hours (with plenty of start/stop, drills and easy swimming). Cost varies at each location and includes a custom silicone swim cap, detailed supporting material, snacks and a LOT of FUN!
Cost: $195 per person and space is limited to 12 with at least two coaches on deck to provide feedback and support!
