Sensory-Friendly Swim is an exclusive time for our friends with neuro-divergent differences or any disability that would benefit from a less hectic and more comfortable environment. The pool will be exclusively reserved for this event, so that we can ensure a sensory-friendly pool environment for a fun family afternoon out!
Sensory-Friendly Swim is a welcoming aquatic environment for swimmers seeking reduced noise, limited lighting and fewer swimmers in a flat-water setting. Swimmers are required to have a responsible supervisor join them in the water. The swim includes the kiddie pool, hot tub (for 18+) and games with a staff to facilitate activities. To reduce the noise level there will be no waves, interactive fountains or whistles used.
