Description

Take a step back from your busy day to relax, unwind, and explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. This class is an excellent introduction or re-introduction to the practice of yoga, yet can be tailored to meet the needs of more experienced students. Participants will learn foundational yoga poses and breathing techniques, while some may be challenged with more advanced poses. Please bring your yoga mat.

Comfortable, fitted clothing and yoga mat are recommended.
