Description

Grab your favorite pool floatie for Aqua Yoga! Enjoy an all-levels chair yoga warm up in the warm indoor pool space, then head into the pool for more movement focused on balance, strength, flexibility, and breath. Class will end with a relaxing savasana floating in the pool or on the pool deck. A swimsuit is required when in the pool, comfortable clothing is acceptable on the pool deck.
