About the Coquitlam Sharks
The Coquitlam Sharks is a summer competition club offering Artistic Swimming, Diving, Speed Swimming, and Water Polo.
During the off-season (September - April), the COQ Sharks offers Fall and Winter "Maintenance Programs" for Speed Swimming and Diving only. As per BCSSA regulations for summer clubs, athletes may participate in one or two maintenance practices per week only.
Our 2026 WINTER Maintenance Program begins in January 2026. New members must attend and have successfully passed a tryout to join the club.

Registration Priority
Registration invitations will be sent in the following order:
- First: Members who have registered for the past three consecutive seasons
- Second: Members who have registered for the 2025 Summer Program ONLY
- Third: Members who have registered for Winter 2025/Fall 2025 (did not participate in the Sharks 2025 Summer Program).
- After Tryouts: Returning & New Members
Note: Tryouts are not required for Diving, but a minimum skill level is expected. Please contact diving@coquitlamsharks.org for details.
