9:00 AM - 9:50 AM: Adventure Play: Improv and Imaginary WorldsDescription: Dive into a world of creativity and physical play as you collaborate to craft imaginative stories. Through games and cooperative activities, you will develop teamwork, spark creativity, and create shared stories – all in a playful and supportive environment.Teacher: Blue Chu

10:00 AM - 10:50 AM: Printmaking PatternsDescription: Create patterned artworks using various do-it-yourself printmaking techniques and materials like Styrofoam plates and positive/negative stencils. Draw inspiration from textile design and historical and cultural influences, and explore naturally occurring, human-made, and geometric patterns while making your own unique patterned prints.Teacher: Suze Mercado

11:10 AM - 12:00 PM: Abstract ArtDescription: Do you love colour, pattern and texture? Learn how to create fun and exciting abstract art. You will learn various mark-making techniques, design awesome abstract patterns and create collages using upcycled materials. By the end of the week, you will have a collection of abstract artworks! Outdoor activities may occur during the camp week and will be supervised and within walking distance of Place des Arts.
