9:00 AM - 9:55 AM: Rhythm and PercussionDescription: Explore rhythm through bucket drumming, body percussion, and fun group rhythm games. Learn beat patterns, create simple and fun music, and build confidence through hands-on activities. Teacher: Becky Ho
10:00 AM - 10:55 AM: Reimagined ObjectsDescription: Turn the ordinary into the extraordinary! Repurpose old cameras, cell phones, and thrifted items into innovative sculptural art. By experimenting and solving challenges, you will reimagine familiar objects by assembling and incorporating them with materials like wire, paper, and paint. Learn to use your imagination to transform ordinary things into creative works of art.Teacher: Mariana Frochtengarten
11:10 AM - 12:05 PM: Creative WritingDescription: Learn to write a story. Even better, learn to write an amazing story! Create unforgettable characters, write believable dialogue, and build exciting beginnings, middles, and endings using impactful writing tips and tricks.Teacher: Nick Stacey
Outdoor activities may occur during the camp week and will be supervised and within walking distance of Place des Arts.
