9:00 AM - 9:55 AM: Summer Art SplashDescription: Take a close look at the shapes, colours and designs of summer for inspiration! We will have fun creating exciting 2D and 3D art projects, including painted paper pinwheels, washi tape flip-flops, paper maché ice cream cones, a seashell collage and more!Teacher: Clarissa Banos
10:00 AM - 10:55 AM: Jazz DanceDescription: This is an upbeat form of dance set to popular music. Dance, spin, jump, and groove! This class mixes fun movement games with jazz techniques to help you build strength, balance, flexibility, and rhythm. Move to the music, show your style, and have a blast! Teacher: Joanna Kovats
11:10 AM - 12:05 PM: Air-Dried Clay CreationsDescription: Experiment with air-dried modelling clay. You’ll create unique sculptures and then paint and decorate them. Learn how to use texture and colour while creating functional artworks. Teacher: Shahin Dhaliwal
Outdoor activities may occur during the camp week and will be supervised and within walking distance of Place des Arts.
