This 11-week boot camp is designed to give young learners a complete foundation in engineering thinking and hands-on coding as they prepare to compete in the FIRST LEGO League Explore (FLL Explore). Using LEGO SPIKE Essential and WeDo, students will design and build interactive machines, program their creations to move and respond, and develop the teamwork and presentation skills that every FLL Explore team needs to shine on competition day. What Students Will Learn Each weekly session builds on the last, covering the full range of skills young engineers need: Core engineering design concepts including planning, building, testing, and improving Block-based coding using LEGO SPIKE Essential and WeDo to bring their creations to life The FLL Explore season theme and how to apply it to a real team project Structured problem solving using the engineering design process Teamwork, communication, and how to present their work confidently to judges
