The Sicilian Butcher is March’s destination. Chef Tomaso, who left Sicily in pursuit of the American Dream, opened over 50 restaurants and was a James Beard Award winner. His son, Chef Joey, learned his craft from his father and the Sicilian Butcher is a celebration of heritage and hospitality, and fine Italian dining. Registration is required by March 9 and will be open to residents and nonresidents on February 16. The trip is limited to 35 people.
