Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and world rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba is super effective and fun! Zumba is a total workout, combining fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of "awesome" each time you leave class. You do not need to be a Community Center member to attend HCRP fitness classes at a center.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Please bring water.
