Brief Instructor Bio: Helen is a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer with more than 30 years of experience helping people improve their health and achieve lasting weight loss. Originally trained in classical ballet at the Vienna Opera, she later worked as a runway model and fashion show organizer. After overcoming her own struggles with unhealthy dieting and diet pills, Helen turned her passion toward nutrition and fitness. Today, she combines her personal experience and professional expertise to help motivated individuals build healthier habits, eat well, and feel their best.
