Join us for a unique, grounding experience that blends gentle yoga, mindful meditation, and conscious conversation inspired by Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now. Each session begins with light, accessible yoga to help release tension and bring awareness into the body. We’ll then move into a short, guided meditation to quiet the mind and settle into the present moment.

Following our practice, we’ll explore selected passages from The Power of Now, engaging in open, supportive discussion about how its teachings can be applied to everyday life. Whether you're new to yoga, meditation, or the book itself, this class offers a welcoming space to deepen your presence and awaken inner stillness.

Instructor Bios:

Wanda Lemmons: Wanda is a certified yoga instructor with a rich background in both movement and holistic wellness. She began her teaching journey in 2016 with a 200-hour training at White Crow Yoga in Nashville, TN, followed by a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Studies certification in 2018 from Asheville Yoga Center. In 2019, she deepened her practice with 150 hours of Ayurvedic training through Sevanti Ayurveda. She also holds multiple certifications through Yoga International, including Yin Yoga, Functional Anatomy, Creative Sequencing, and Yoga Philosophy.

Maria O’Connell: Maria obtained her yoga certification at Houston Yoga and Ayurveda Ashram where she was inspired to continue her education in the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda. She fell in love with this ancient science under the guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute where she remained for two years fully embedded in the ancient philosophy on health and wellness. She formally tested to obtain National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) Certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
