Tai Chi has been described as "Meditation in Motion." This mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health-related issues. This beginner's class will be based on the Yang 8-step form, which is a series of smooth, fluid movements that anchor every Tai Chi form that follows.
