• Seating is first come, first served at the time of registration. You are encouraged to purchase your tickets early for optimal seat selection.
• Residents are encouraged to verify their residency prior to enrollment via this link. The resident discount must be applied at time of purchase. How do I select my seats?
Each table has 10 seats. Select a table that has enough seats for your party. Table layout is yet to be determined. Tables change requests will incur a $10 per person fee upon approval, pending availability. Requests must be emailed to khall@cityofconroe.org.
- Once you have logged in, confirm all household members and their personal information is listed correctly in the account.
- Next, click the blue link on the right, listed as “View sub-activities” to view “table(s).”
- Next, you may click through each table to see how many seats are available at each table to fit your party. You may use the search parameter of searching by “Open spots” and enter how many seats you need to find together.
- Next, select your table by clicking “Enroll Now” and select the adult participant of the event in the drop down menu and confirm pricing is accurate based on your residency.
- Next, click “Register another participant” shown under the total. Complete this for every additional child.
- After all participants are entered, click “Add to cart” and then review that everyone is at the same table and that all fees total correctly based on amount of participants and residency.
- Next, sign all waivers then proceed to payment by clicking “Check out” and enter payment information then click “Pay.”
If you would like to sit with other guests, please coordinate this with the other party. We are not able to coordinate or change seat selection. Please pay close attention when selecting your seats and table.
Can I get a refund if I cannot make it?
Refunds are not available for this event. You may choose to arrange for someone else to use your tickets, however, you will need to contact us to change the name on the tickets at recreationcenter@cityofconroe.org.

Smoked Brisket, Breaded Chicken Tenders, Green Beans, Potato Wedges and a dessert. Tea, water and coffee will be served.
Where can I park?
Free self-parking is available on-site. If you park in the garage, look for signage that will direct you to the ballroom. Valet parking is not available at this time.
What is the dress code?
Girls typically wear a nice dress and Dad's typically wear anything from their best jeans and cowboy hat to a nice suit. Some Dad's and Daughters choose their attire based on the theme of the evening.
What is the theme for this year?
The theme is "Pearls and Plaid Promenade." Ralph Lauren vibes!
