Step into the shortgrass prairie and let a park ranger guide you through one of Colorado’s most overlooked landscapes. Spend an hour walking the trail and discovering the beauty of your local open space.

Meet at the shade pavilion. Please bring water, hat, sunblock, snacks and close-toed shoes. There is a restroom available at this location. Please park at 95th Ave/Pagosa St and walk down the slope to the shade pavilion.
