No matter your Athletic Background you can try this. You’ll swing and learn multiple acrobatic skills in a safety harness (including a signature trapeze backflip!), you’ll get caught by one of a professional catcher, and you’ll land in our comfy safety net. They meet each student at their individual comfort level, and everyone gets to progress at their own pace. This great to gather friends and family to join a fun day together trying something new and experiencing a new challenge.
