Swimming Lessons Adult Advanced (19+yrs)
Adult Swim—Advanced

What You Will Learn:Refine participants’ front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke strokes, turns and build endurance. Teaches skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water.
Prerequisites:Participants must be able to swim Front Crawl, Breaststroke and Back Crawl for 25 yards.
*Proper swimwear required. Items should be made of polyester or nylon (no cotton) and include an inner liner.
*NO CLASSES OCTOBER 13TH*
