Join us for one, or all 5 classes starting at 8:45 am. Bring a friend for FREE!Cardio Kickboxing, Low Impact Aerobics. Core & Stretch, LaBlast Dance Fitness, & Yoga formats. Core & Yoga classes are 50-mins each. All other classses are 30-mins.
