This Virtual workshop is recommended for people and/or caregivers with Diabetes or are pre-diabetic. This interactive workshop is designed to improve individual’s A1C’s and reduce the complications associated with Diabetes. The Tool Kit introduces information and skills that are helping many people with diabetes, who may also have other health conditions, and lead a healthy life.
