Working with families can be a challenge when the family's child-rearing practices, living circumstances and values differ from our own. In this workshop you will learn how to use the Program for Infant & Toddler Care, three "A's" strategy of Acknowledge, Ask, and Adapt to partner with partents to provide care for infants and toddlers that respects and values the family's culture.
