An 8-week Fitness Challenge. Attend Fitness Classes, Health-Related presentations, and/or use the Exercise Room at one of the six 50+ Centers from February 2 - March 28, 2026.

Participation Information:
Register between January 15 through February 6 for this FREE motivational winter fitness challenge. Once you register you will receive a personal Fitness Challenge Card with 36 activities that you can complete. You will manage your own activities and tracker.
If you are a Virtual participant, please list Bain as your center of participation.
There are 3 different challenge levels and each will earn you a ranking: Bronze, Silver and then Gold. Complete 8 activities for Bronze, 16 for Silver or 24 or more for GOLD. All those who complete all 3 levels will receive a prize and be placed in the drawing for either a FREE year of a Go50 Fitness Center Membership or a 3-month Group Fitness Class Pass. We will be choosing 2 winners for each Grand Prize.
We look forward to seeing you out and about at one of our 50+Fitness Centers this winter! (Virtual Class Pass members can also participate to win). All Virtual Participants should register under "Bain" as there will be a Virtual Winner drawn as well.
All members will be responsible for their own trackers during the Winter Wellness Challenge and turning the completed trackers in at their closest 50+ Fitness Center no later than April 4.
