Do you love making up songs, telling stories, or writing poems and rhymes? You may be a songwriter!

Join local professional singer-songwriter Benjamin Kintisch for a fun, supportive class exploring songwriting through listening, writing, and sharing. Students will explore rhyme, rhythm, poetry, and melody while receiving supportive feedback and weekly creative assignments. Students who are brave enough to share completed songs will have opportunities to perform throughout the semester, culminating in a student coffeehouse mini-recital, where everyone can share one or more original songs.Mondays, October 19, 26, November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, December 7, 14, 21Cost: 10 weeks $110
