Description

Kinstretch is a low-impact, joint-focused movement class that helps improve mobility, balance, and body control as you age. By strengthening the joints-not just the muscles-it supports safer, more confident movement in everyday life. Classes are adaptable, chair-friendly, and appropriate for a wide range of abilities, making Kinstretch and ideal foundation for long-term movement health.
Build on Level 1 with mat-based exercises that use floor positions, gravity, and purposeful tension to develop greater joint control and expand usable range of motion, creating more options for movement.
Prior Level 1 Chair Kinstretch experience or instructor approval is required.
