*NEW FALL CLASS*

Experience this energetic exercise class that will rev up your mood, improve your cardiovascular fitness, as well as balance and core! Led by new instructor Lisa Zerr, this class offers great music and a lot of fun, while getting a great workout. Modifications are offered; class is not recommended for participants needing a seated option.
