Description

This drama opportunity is for adults with mild to moderate disabilities.Participants work together as a theatrical team as they learn and improvetheir singing, dancing, and acting skills. With staff support, participants worktowards singing independently with an accompaniment. Vocal soundtrackis used to assist with learning vocal parts (with a goal of removing the vocalguides once comfortable with the music. Participants also gain a knowledgeof drama skills such as stage directions, projections, articulation, characterdevelopment, and more. The session culminates with a showcaseperformance on April 22.
