Description
Join CCTA as we embark on this classic story! With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next to nothing start in 1930s New York City. Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy. Learn the fundamentals of musical theater including choreography, character development and stage direction. Class culminates with a 7pm evening performance for family and friends on the final day of the class (Northfield ES on 12/11; Pointers Run ES on 12/9; Veterans ES on 12/15) with a full-stage production (with theatrical sets, lighting, costumes, and sound)!
