Wednesdays, 8:45amThis Pilates based class for all levels will leave you feeling better than when you arrived.Mindful movement focusing on improving posture, balance, and stress relief will address posture, muscle imbalances and will enhance your ability to move with greater ease and agility. Mat (floor) and/or chair activities for all ability levels using simple easily accessible equipment you can bring to your home practice.Cost: $84 (13 classes)
