Whether you're going through a life transition, facing a loss, or simply trying to keep spirits up during life's ups and downs, interacting with Nature can help!
Come to this series to learn about the power of being outdoors, and practice nature inspired coping skills. Bring a camp chair if you can (there will extras) and dress for the outdoors. We will meet in the Art Room at East Columbia 50+ Center.
