Two ways to make owing your own home more affordable: sharing your home with a home seeker and applying for a homeowner's tax credit. Home sharing is a practical solution to address housing challenges, while fostering community connections. Tax credits can lower your property taxes. Bridges to Housing will lead the program on home sharing, while Margaret Fries will lead the program on tax credits.
