Description

Are you an active 50+ individual? Then this is a class designed for you! Interval workouts at your own pace. Strengthen your muscles and improve your endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility, and mobility. This class works on all the things that help keep you active and strong, plus a lot of laughs along the way! All equipment is provided. No class 1/19, 2/16.
