In order to sign up for this class students need to know the basic Yang style forms and have a strong background in 24-form. The 2.0 class will focus on practicing and fine-tuning the 24-form as well as learning the 32-form or Tai Chi Fang. Wear loose or comfortable clothing as work on balance, energy, and flow is integral to the lessons. As always, it is good practice to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Drop-in students who are unable to attend a class during the first two weeks of a month are required to wait until the beginning of the next month to attend.
