Description
Spend Mother's Day surrounded by the blooming beauty of spring. A peaceful way to honor yourself or someone you love.
This 90 minute guided forest bath and outdoor immersion is a chance to pause, restore and reconnect with nature through mindful movement, breath, and sensory presence. Experience the fresh energy of the season as blossoms emerge, birds return, and the forest comes alive with vitality. A light snack and tea will be included to honor our mom's past, present and future.
What to expect: this property has some steep inclines, with loose stones and uneven terrain. We will cover 1.5 miles. Participants must be able to walk unassisted.
Your clothing and shoes must be appropriate for the season and the outdoors. Participants may encounter diverse wildlife. Please wear closed-toed shoes, long protective pants and bring bug repellent. The walk will be between 2-2.5 hours long and end with a tea ceremony and light snack.
