But we won’t stop at sushi, you’ll also learn to prepare flavorful Japanese side dishes that perfectly complement your creations, such as the cucumber salad, grilled eggplant and a dessert creation that is simple and beautiful. By the end, you’ll have an impressive, well-rounded menu to recreate at home, perfect for a dinner party or a cozy night in. Fresh, fun, and flavorful, this is sushi making at its best!
