Description

Skip the crowded restaurants and spice things up in the kitchen this Valentine’s Day! In this lively cooking class, couples team up to whip up a festive menu full of flavor and fun. From chopping and stirring to taste testing and laughing along the way, you’ll create a meal that’s as enjoyable to make as it is to eat. Top it off with a sweet dessert to share and a night full of memories. Vegetarian options are available upon request. Menu: Peach, basil sparkler (non-alcoholic); shrimp spring rolls; chicken tom yum soup; tandoori shrimp; matcha strawberry parfaits. This class is part hands-on, part demo.
One registration per couple; $50 materials fee/1 person; $95 materials fee/couple.
Dinner will be Tandoori Shrimp served with buttered saffron and almond rice.
