This is a great, easy and fun class for overall health. It is ideal for individuals who are most comfortable being seated. There are some balancing and strength movements while standing that each participant can asses if they are able to and want to try. This class is great for those who have arthritis or anyone wanting to improve mobility. All levels of mobility are welcome. Registration is required.
