Description

Students will learn foundational techniques and movements of Raqs Sharqi (Egyptian Oriental Dance), fostering confidence, cultural appreciation, and joy of movement. Basic folklore concepts will be introduced as a base for students to learn foundational movements. Students will explore beginner-friendly sequences that support memory, posture, and musicality. All genders and abilities are welcome.
