Description
Learn the sport of Muay Thai Kickboxing in this workshop. Learn basic footwork, punching, kicking, and pad holding techniques. In the second half of the day, you’ll get a taste of a full Muay Thai class. No need to buy any gear—everything will be provided! Bring a water bottle and wear athletic clothes you can move freely in.
