Grit campers will experience : OL & DL / WR & DB / RB & LB training sets Foundational Skills - Start & Stance, Catching & Securing, etc. 1-on-1 Developmental Skills - Eye Discipline, Glide & Release, Hand fighting & Gap responsibilities Skill & Speed Challenges -Drive-Phase, Block Shed, Pro-Style Routes & more 7-on-7 games & Live Line Challenges Daily Q & A’s with Guest Speakers & Coaches Advanced training - Lean-N-Go, Pro-Style 1st step, Play Recognition, Separation Our camps are run as showcases with advanced drills and conclude with live 7-on-7 matches & Live line competitions daily to allow athletes to utilize their daily trainings. Athletes will be evaluated regarding these drills daily. Drills are designed to get athletes to the next level by challenging them mentally & athletically. Offensive & defensive concepts will enhance student-athletes performance training habits. Athletes must be able to demonstrate the skills & knowledge for US Army Bowl Staff to earn nominations.
